Personal Care Workers (PCW) - Lismore and surrounds
Are you passionate about helping others live independently? Whether you are experienced or just starting your career in Aged care, this is your chance to make a difference supporting clients aged 65+ in their homes across Lismore and surrounding areas.
The successful applicant will have the following skills:
* Provide domestic assistance (cleaning, meal prep, laundry).
* Deliver personal care (showering/grooming, toileting, medication support).
* Offer social support and companionship to brighten a clients day.
* Assist with transportation to appointments, shopping and community activities.
Every shift is a chance to make a positive impact while building meaningful connections.
Successful applicants must have:
* Current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
* Current Australian Federal Police Check.
* Certificate III in Aged care or Individual Support.
* Current Australian Drivers Licence.
* Reliable/registered and comprehensive insured vehicle.
* Minimum 6 months industry experience in a paid Aged Care role.
