About The Role
This IT Systems Engineer role is responsible for providing effective, efficient and reliable technical guidance and input into the design of architecture, systems and data. Contributing to the Group Systems team to ensure a high level of service and performance. The position supports business-critical systems by ensuring infrastructure is managed in line with global IT standards, security frameworks, and operational best practice. Operating with a high level of accountability, the role oversees IT operations across multiple regions. This opportunity suits a seasoned Windows-focused engineer who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes ownership of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
* Govern and manage Microsoft platforms including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure in line with global IT standards
* Administer Microsoft Entra in a hybrid environment, ensuring secure identity and access management
* Act as the final escalation point for complex infrastructure, identity, and endpoint issues
* Deliver infrastructure changes end-to-end, ensuring appropriate documentation, risk assessment, testing, and handover
* Maintain technical documentation, standards, and architecture diagrams to support audit and compliance requirements
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment with Global IT standards
About You
You are an experienced IT Systems Engineer with strong expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365, and you understand the importance of operating within structured IT governance and control frameworks. You bring a disciplined, security-focused approach to infrastructure management, automation, and operational reliability. You are comfortable working within global environments, supporting compliance, audit readiness, and consistent service delivery. You communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and work effectively with stakeholders across geographies.
