Why this role?
We are seeking an exceptionalGeneral Managerto lead Keilor East Manor Care Community—a vibrant, connected home providing 24/7 nursing care including long-term, dementia, palliative and respite services.
Our Care Community offers a strong sense of belonging through initiatives like intergenerational programs, live-in pets, local fairs, fundraising, book clubs, and more. You’ll be leading a multidisciplinary team that makes a genuine difference—every day.
What you’ll do:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of a thriving, purpose-driven aged care home
* Inspire, support, and grow a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical professionals
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and the local community
* Drive performance across care quality, financial results, property, and compliance

What you’ll bring:
* Experience as a General Manager or senior leader in aged care, health, hospitality, or community sectors
* A natural ability to influence culture, engage teams, and lead with heart
* A strong commercial mindset, paired with a passion for delivering quality care
* Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
* A deep understanding of quality frameworks and regulatory standards
