About your new job:
Supporting the Credit Team, your responsibilities will include:
1. Assist with Bank reconciliations
2. Daily allocation of payments
3. Process incoming payments via Credit Card
4. Reconcile cash sales
5. Assist with the opening up of new accounts
6. Release customer orders
7. Following up on outstanding/overdue invoices
8. Ah-hoc administrative support to the team as required
About you:
You will have some exposure working in an accounts environment, ideally Accounts Receivable, and you are someone who is passionate about developing their skills further. You will need to have:
1. Strong written and verbal communication
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Proficient with Excel
4. Willingness to learn
