Your impact
We are seeking an experienced Associate Structural Engineer to join our dynamic Building Structures Group. This senior position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across Health, Transportation, Aviation and Defence sectors while playing a key role in growing our Adelaide practice.
As an Associate Structural Engineer, you'll lead structural engineering design and analysis for complex building projects while providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated design solutions, manage client relationships and project delivery, contribute to business development initiatives, and help expand our Building Structures presence in the Adelaide market through strategic growth efforts.

* Chartered Structural Engineer with minimum 10+ years of professional experience
* Strong connections within the Adelaide engineering and construction community
* Experience in Health, Transportation, and/or Defence sectors
* Technical excellence in structural design and engineering principles
* Demonstrated project management and team leadership abilities
* Passion for business development and practice growth
* Client-focused mindset with exceptional service delivery skills
Australian citizenship is required for this role due to the position involving work on defence projects that require security clearance.
