Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Network Administration Officer to support the delivery of our services across a network of local neighbourhood teams. This is a key role in ensuring business operations run efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and coordinate different neighbourhoods at any given time, covering planned leave or providing additional support when required.
* Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person.
* Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries.
* Roster and schedule support for the neighbourhood.
* Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested.
* Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.
* Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment.
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility to respond to business needs and provide virtual support to leaders and clients across varying locations.
* Previous experience in rostering/scheduling (desirable).
* Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload.
* Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications.
* Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn.
