Project Support Officer – Energy Programs — Melbourne | VPS3 equivalent | 6-month term 
We are seeking motivated Project Support Officers to join a dynamic team delivering consumer-focused energy programs. This role will be key in supporting the Power Saving Bonus program, ensuring a strong customer experience while providing high-quality project administration and operational support. 
About the role 
As Project Support Officer, you’ll play a critical role in processing applications, resolving customer enquiries, and supporting project delivery. You’ll also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program outcomes are achieved on time and to a high standard. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Provide program and project administration support for the Power Saving Bonus initiative. 
- Resolve customer enquiries in a timely, qualified manner. 
- Support the preparation of project reports, monitoring and evaluation activities. 
- Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused culture. 
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

- Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. 
- A customer-first mindset and problem-solving abilities. 
- Experience in program delivery, project administration, or customer service. 
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
