About Us

We're now looking for a capable and driven Administration Professional to take ownership of a key account and play a vital role in supporting our operations team.

About the Role

This is not your average admin role. You'll be the central point of contact for one of our major clients, ensuring smooth communication, proactive issue resolution, and seamless service coordination. If you're a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and can juggle multiple responsibilities with accuracy, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all incoming communications for your allocated account, including email and phone enquiries.
* Coordinate service bookings, technician schedules, and follow-ups.
* Raise and manage quotes, purchase orders, and job records in alignment with client requirements.
* Support compliance reporting, asset management records, and other documentation as required.
* Work closely with the operations team and technicians to meet service deadlines and resolve issues.
* Maintain clear records, track progress, and proactively escalate any roadblocks to ensure service continuity.
* Provide general administrative and reception support across the business as needed.

About You

* Proven experience in administration or office support roles (experience managing key clients highly regarded).
* Confident and professional communicator – able to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
* A solution-focused mindset with a sense of ownership – you don't just identify problems, you fix them.
* Fast learner who picks up new systems and processes quickly (experience with Uptick and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus).
* Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
