Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, efficiency and consistency.
Coach and train team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage the restaurant's P&L; and contribute to sales and operational initiatives.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and adherence to procedures.
Lead by example and embody the GYG spirit in all actions.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in hospitality, cookery or similar (e.g., diploma level or equivalent experience, 3+ years).
Recent employment in hospitality management or a similar position (minimum 12 months full-time or part-time equivalent).
Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to identify sales and P&L; opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies.
Proven track record of meeting KPIs and delivering outstanding customer service.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
