Project Manager Job Description
This role involves leading planning and implementation of assigned project deliverables, allocating resources, managing day-to-day project activities, monitoring progress, escalating risks and issues, and ensuring transparency.
The Project Manager will also develop project documentation and reports to required standards, maintain project governance and scheduling, engage stakeholders, represent the agency in various forums, provide analysis on complex issues, and contribute to policy and project coordination.

* Demonstrated experience managing similar-sized projects within the past 3 years is highly desirable.
* A strong understanding of multiple project delivery methodologies is essential.
* High-quality written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
* Experience with MS SQL, data warehouse modelling, and Power BI would be an advantage.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders across a geographically dispersed network is key.
* Analytical skills to drive change and business improvement are required.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and promote professionalism is essential.
* Personal integrity and ability to work within legislative and policy frameworks are must-haves.
This is a Canberra-based role with hybrid working arrangements considered. The team operates within a secure and collaborative environment, with a strong emphasis on culture and professionalism.
