Key Responsibilities:
* Managing daily kitchen operations, including menu planning and inventory control
* Leading a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Collaborating with the Resort Manager and F&B leadership team to achieve business objectives
* Maintaining compliance with food safety and OH&S standards
About the Role
The Executive Chef will play a key role in driving consistency in quality, presentation, and service delivery. This is a seasonal position, running from March to November, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
