Customer Service Representative

Our client, Polestar Australia, a highly innovative luxury automotive brand, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Service team. This position is intended to transition to permanent status after a six-month period subject to satisfactory performance. Focusing on delivery of exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media, to both customers and internal/external service partners. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in creating a seamless, luxury experience for customers.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring first contact resolution and adherence to processes.
2. Establishing and sustaining a positive, professional relationship with customers.
3. Assist customers through the buying process via online portals.
4. Respond to social media interactions in line with company protocols.
5. Log all customer contacts and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
6. Resolve and escalate complaints appropriately, providing feedback to management.
7. Keeping up to date on product knowledge and policies through briefings and training.
8. Working with internal teams to streamline the customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Previous experience in a call centre, automotive, luxury retail, or sales environment is highly desirable.
2. Excellent communication and writing skills.
3. Experience in handling phone calls, email case management and strong administrative skills.
4. Experience with live chat case handling, strong technical skills, social media proficiency, and intermediate Microsoft Office abilities.
5. Exposure to EV vehicles and technology, familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Genesys phone systems are an added advantage.
