Real Estate Valuation and Advisory Senior Manager
This senior manager role involves providing financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.
* Provide expert analysis and advice on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including transaction strategies and property development advisory.
* Assist clients in conducting vendor and acquisition due diligence for real estate assets or portfolios of assets.
* Conduct market research and trend analysis to contribute to thought leadership papers.
* Support audit teams in reviewing valuations for financial reporting purposes.
* Prepare detailed valuations for stabilised assets and development properties.
