Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to the Events team.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will supervise a team of logistic professionals in event setups, as well as overseeing the smooth execution of various functions.A few of your responsibilities:Coordinating event logistics, inclusive of staff, equipment allocation, and venue preparationLiaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event executionProactively identifying and resolving potential issues, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skillsEnsuring adherence to health, safety, and compliance standardsWhat we are looking for:Proven experience in events, logistics and/or hospitalityA current Forklift Licence, Traffic Control and Pallet Jack experience (advantageous but not required)Strong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFlexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysAbout you:With your ability to provide guidance and work collaboratively with a large and diverse team, this will see you set up for success.Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Event Operations at The Star.
