Customer Service Consultant - Aboriginal Identified Role

Our client is Australia's leading supplier of industrial and safety products. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join their friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting Account Managers with quotes and enquiries
* Ensuring customer requests are actioned in a timely manner
* Processing customer orders and managing customer interactions end to end
* Providing exceptional customer service – Call Centre experience is a bonus
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Microsoft Office skills are essential
Qualifications
* Must identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Microsoft Office skills
* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
* 1 year of Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
* Physical medical evaluation and drug & alcohol screening test will be required
Salary
$50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
Schedule
8‐hour shift, Monday to Friday
