**Main Responsibilities**:
Help on daily payroll tasks:
- _Monthly payroll closing_
- _ Manage training subscriptions and contacts with the suppliers_
- _ Record absences and make the follow up (sickness, credit time, parental leave, maternity leave,)_
- _ Manage the follow up of appraisals and salary reviews with managers and employees_
- _
Deal with our several suppliers to solve problems and improve the collaboration (health insurance, meal vouchers,)_
- _
Complete social documents (NHIF, NSSF,)_
Manage A to Z recruitment Process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
Provide daily support to employees on HR related questions
Be part of several HR improvement projects
General office management tasks
**Must Have**:
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor degree or higher in HR or equivalent
- 1 - 5 years of experience in HR department
- Great organizational skills
- Be proactive and work in autonomy to contribute to the success of the company
- Team player, Motivated, Reliable, Trustworthy and Fun
**Nice to Have**:
- Immediate availability - Full time
