You will play a critical role in ensuring delivery commitments are met through strong organization while partnering with senior leaders to track milestones. This role requires a proactive self-starter who excels at action item management and possesses an exceptional attention to detail. Your contribution will ensure our technology solutions deliver meaningful value while navigating complex challenges in travel.**Responsibilities*** Support delivery projects from initiation through execution by coordinating tasks and tracking dependencies.* Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, RAID logs and delivery trackers.* Own action item management across delivery workstreams and follow up with owners to ensure timely completion.* Prepare clear and concise status reports to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders.* Identify project blockers or delays early and escalate issues with clarity to senior delivery leaders.**Preferred qualifications and education*** Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, delivery management, or operations in a global environment, with exposure to multi-location stakeholders.* Basic understanding of project management concepts and standard delivery practices.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and reporting.* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple technology and business teams.**Benefits**Benefits are not one-size fits all, which is why we go beyond the traditional medical and financial benefits to offer perks that promote total well-being.
