Responsibilities
Front Office: Greet guests with a warm smile, handle reservations, check guests in and out, assist with motel related enquiries, and ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay.
Team player: Co-coordinate between front office duties and liaise with the housekeepers and maintenance team.
Problem solving: Address guest enquiries with professionalism and a friendly nature – we like our guests happy and stress-free
Qualifications & Requirements
A go-getter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
A knack for making people feel at home and keeping things organised.
Experience in motel front office or similar, including RMS experience is a plus; fast learners welcomed and trained.
Working Schedule
Hours will be subject to overall availability and reliability.

Casual position with competitive hourly rates, including higher weekend rates.
