Job Title: Urgent Search) Digital Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
* Digital Campaign Support
o Assist in the development and rollout of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media platforms.
o Coordinate campaign schedules, asset delivery, and performance reporting.
o Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and media agencies to ensure brand consistency and message clarity.
* Content Management
o Maintain and update website content (e.g., news, case studies, investor updates, project announcements).
o Support the creation of engaging digital content such as blog posts, social media copy, videos, and infographics.
o Evaluate that content is aligned with brand voice, values, and corporate priorities.
* Social Media & Community Engagement
o Manage day-to-day posting and monitoring across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
o Address public and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
o Track trends and suggest new ways to grow and engage audiences.
* Analytics & Reporting
o Measure and report on the performance of digital channels and campaigns.
o Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Event & Campaign Support
o Assist in digital promotion of public and industry events, stakeholder forums, and sustainability initiatives.
What You Need To Succeed In This Role
* A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field would be highly regarded.
* Proven experience working within a similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
