We are seeking a motivated Warehouse worker to join our client's dynamic and fast-paced team in Darwin. This position offers variety, with responsibilities across warehouse operations, administration duties, customer service, and sales support.
Working in a busy warehouse and fabrication environment, you'll often be in proximity to moving vehicles and machinery. Applicants should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to seasonal weather conditions and a range of surface types.

As a Warehouse Operator, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
* Received, inspected, and stored incoming stock in line with purchase orders
* Picked, assembled, and packaged orders for dispatch
* Operated forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
* Used inventory systems to manage stock and support warehouse operations
* Created skids and pallets according to packing requirements
* Assisted customers entering the warehouse in a professional manner
* Maintained cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the workspace
* Participated in regular inventory counts and provided general team support
* Performed frequent physical tasks including walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 27kg
* Responded to product and service inquiries
* Managed phone and email orders, including client follow-ups
* Upsold products and identified new sales opportunities
* Maintained up-to-date product knowledge and accurate customer records
* Supported showroom setup and prepared documentation for large orders
Skills & Qualifications
* Australian C Class Driver's Licence
* Construction Card
* Forklift Licence
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Working knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to read, write, and complete documentation clearly and accurately
* Familiarity with different materials and standard units of measure
* Capacity to identify when equipment requires maintenance or repair
* Team player with a can-do attitude and strong multi-tasking abilities
