Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance costs, incorporating capital expenditures into the budget and overseeing contractor costs. They will also work with the WHS Officer to ensure compliance with legislation and collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) Projects.
Responsibilities include reducing utilities usage rates, completing re-engineering projects according to plans and monitoring the environmental impact of projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to analyze data to inform decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of computer applications, including spreadsheet analysis and presentation
* Excellent data collection, analysis and report writing skills
* Awareness of contemporary business improvement practices and regulations
* Advanced time management and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
