Our client is a leading mining and resources company committed to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Monitor equipment performance in relation to cost, performance, and reliability
* Conduct targeted root cause analysis (RCA) and implement improvement actions
* Drive defect elimination strategies for fixed plant and equipment
* Develop and monitor effectiveness of reliability improvement plans
Qualifications
* Electrical Engineering degree preferred
* Trade background or degree in Electrical, Maintenance Management, or extensive related experience considered
* Strong experience in defect elimination and reliability engineering
* Ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective actions
