We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team, working closely with the peer lead services at the Peacock Centre. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day oversight of the service, ensuring optimal outcomes for attendees, their families, carers and friends.
The role involves effective supervision and support of Peer Workers, ongoing leadership, direction and change management to support overall service development and compliance with the endorsed Operational Service Model.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert care and guidance to individuals attending the service, promoting independence and recovery.
* Supervise and mentor Peer Workers, providing regular opportunities for debriefing and skill development.
* Support consumers, and families/friends, as experts and leaders of their own care.

Eligibility Criteria:
* Satisfactory completion of an approved allied health professional tertiary qualification/program of study and registered with the relevant National Board or, in the case of self-regulated allied health professions, full membership/eligible for membership with the relevant professional association.
