Own it while it's hot! Every job promises good culture and opportunity. But here, they’re real and yours for the taking. We’ve been serving up golden-crumbed, pan-fried schnitzels since 2007, using a traditional Polish family recipe. We’ve grown from a small family business into a nationwide franchise, while keeping the passion and care we put into crafting each schnitzel.
If good food, good people and good service matter to you, you owe it to yourself to give it a crack at our place.
Join us as a Team Leader and find a red-hot opportunity to challenge yourself!

Don’t just take our word for it. Hear from Mylee, who joined us as a Team Member back in 2013; she now owns and runs her own Schnitz restaurant. “I absolutely love the hospitality industry. I’ve worked in a few places, but delivering such a great product makes a big difference.”
Schnitzers also get speedy access to the crispiest schnitzels and most mouth-watering menu items.
