What This Is
Commission $5,000-$15,000 per month (depending on client)
Average 2-3 deals per month once ramped
Commission sales consultant role - pure commission only
You hunt and close tech deals for our clients
Critical Requirements
* No base salary ever
* Requires alternative income during ramp period (savings alone not sufficient)
* First commission typically Month 3-4
* Proven track record of cold outbound pipeline building
* Pure cold outbound prospecting (+ a caller working with you)
This role is NOT for
* If you want hot leads
* If you want a salary
* If you expect deals handed to you
* If you can't handle 90+ days without commission income
* If you need constant hand-holding
* If you're an account manager, not a hunter
What You'll Sell
* Software SaaS solutions
* AI Services
* Project Management Services
* Consulting Services (Software Development)
* Other technology solutions for our clients
Support Provided
* Prospect lists with mobile numbers and email addresses
* Email content and sequences
* Outbound Sales Caller (SDR) making calls for you
* Sales Manager coaching on every deal
* CRM (HubSpot or Zoho CRM)
Who Are We
* We are essentially an Outsourced Sales Business
* We win contracts with clients to fulfil sales for them
* We allocate you to a client based on fit, with our guidance and support
* We set up a full sales system for that client to support you
* Founded by a Sales Director with 25 years experience (Google, Salesforce, Symantec)
* We've been running this commission-only sales model for 7 years
* We hire 2-3 Salespeople per month from 50+ applicants
* Example #1: A Salesperson selling AI Packaged Solutions has made 110% in their first year
* Example #2: A Sales Contractor made a recruitment software sale in the 2nd month earning $7,500 commission from 1 deal within 2 weeks
