What You'll Be Doing
As a Registered Nurse at Denman MPS, you will be an integral part of a close-knit team dedicated to providing high-quality care to aged care residents. Your role will involve delivering personal care and working collaboratively with the GP and the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient wellbeing. Additionally, you will provide support to the RN in Charge in the Emergency Department when patients present. This role requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to advocating for your patients' needs. If you enjoy working in a close-knit, supportive team we want to hear from you
You won't be working alone. You will be supported by the Clinical Nurse Educator, General Practitioner and the broader multidisciplinary team. A thorough orientation will be provided to the successful applicant, and you will be encouraged to upskill and try new things in a supportive environment.
