**Essential Requirements**:
- **Current NSW Security Licence**:
- **Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)**:
- **Current First Aid Certificate**:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service abilities
- A proactive, calm, and professional approach
**Desirable but Not Essential**:
- Experience in licensed venues or events
- Crowd control experience
