Coordinate teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals. Oversee contracts using various systems to ensure projects run smoothly. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling daily operational issues. Collaborate with team members to keep projects on track and achieve milestones. Track project budgets and timelines, creating reports and conducting audits to assess performance. Assist the Senior Project Manager with service fees, billing, and customer satisfaction. Follow and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain high standards. About You Demonstrated experience in contract administration or project management within the construction industry. Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with customers and project teams. A results-driven mindset with a commitment to quality and attention to detail. Proficiency in project auditing and reporting to track and manage performance..
