Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Practice Manager. The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all practice activities. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, maintaining patient satisfaction, overseeing compliance with healthcare regulations, coordinating financial processes such as billing and budgets, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and performance. This role involves collaboration with dental professionals and administrative staff to uphold high standards of patient care and operational excellence.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills
* Experience in healthcare operations, including scheduling, compliance, and patient service management
* Proficiency in financial management, such as budgeting, billing, and expense tracking
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of dental practice management software and tools is an advantage
* Understanding of compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards
* Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is preferred
* Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is highly desirable
