Marketing Role Summary
Mounties Group is seeking a vibrant and experienced marketing professional to join our close-knit team. As a marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive membership, and promote events, offers, entertainment, and promotions across our Western Site venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement
- Manage and update the venues' presentation and Google Business, website content, ensuring it reflects current events, entertainment, promotions, and brand messaging
- Collaborate with communications teams to develop and execute campaigns
- Maintain brand standards across all interactions
- Interpret marketing data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on results
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment, or club industry
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline highly regarded
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
