**Your new company**
Our client is a growing property developer with a strong national presence. They have a range of residential projects servicing many industries. The company is an expert in their field and has 20 years’ expertise. There is currently a position available for a HR Advisor, on a 12 month fixed term contract, to work in their offices based in Melbourne's inner West.
**Your current role**
Reporting to the National Manager of People, Culture and Performance, the HR Advisor is responsible for all Human Resources services across the business. The position is true generalist HR and includes duties such as white collar recruitment, employee life-cycle management, contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding, ER, policy and procedure development, HR projects and general administration.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in an Human Resources role in a corporate environment. Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR/Business are preferred. Strong written and communication skills are essential, together with being professionally presented at all times. You must have great stakeholder management skills and be able to build trusting relationships quickly. Experience in the property/professional services sector or similar is advantageous, but not essential.
