About the Role: We’re seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales & Business Development Manager to take ownership of strategic growth opportunities. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding the company’s presence in existing markets while unlocking new sectors and strengthening long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across key industry verticals Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention Work closely with internal teams—including design, production, and QA—to deliver tailored packaging solutions Lead the sales process end-to-end: from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and closing Track market trends and competitor activity to shape sales strategy and stay ahead of emerging opportunities Represent the business at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events About You: Proven background in sales or business development within plastic packaging, manufacturing, or related sectors Technical understanding of thermoforming and/or blow moulding processes Industry exposure to food, beverage, personal care, healthcare, or FMCG manufacturing Strong commercial acumen and a consultative sales approach Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable managing your own pipeline, reporting, and forecasts Collaborative mindset, able to partner closely with technical and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction
