Qualifications / Skills & Experience
Qualified Social Worker or Psychologist
Experience in mental health triage, crisis assessment, or similar roles
Strong communication, decision-making, and documentation skills
Comfortable delivering care and referrals over the phone
Competitive pay - up to $80/hr (based on experience)

Provisional Psychologist – Connect2Care
Location: Melbourne, Victoria (serving Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Sydney)

Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist to work across both paediatric and adult caseloads. Junior or early career therapists are encouraged to apply and will be adequately supported (full induction period with senior therapists and 1:1 support). Flexible working arrangements are also encouraged.
Skills & Experience
Relevant tertiary qualification
Registration with AHPRA (Provisional registration is suitable)
Support for supervision (directly or via subsidy)
Flexible and approachable manner
Confidence in working within a multidisciplinary team
Passion for improving quality of life for children and/or adults with disability
Experience in the NDIS/disability is highly regarded
National police check, WWCC, and a driver's license essential
Note: Provisional Psychologists will require their own external supervisor until a board-approved supervisor is in place.
