About the Role
St Pat's is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join our team on a 6 month contract, with the potential for extension.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role is responsible for leading financial management, reporting and analysis across the organisation. You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision‐making, ensuring financial sustainability, and strengthening financial capability across the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead organisational budgeting, forecasting and long‐term financial planning
* Deliver timely and insightful financial reporting to Executive and Board
* Provide strategic financial analysis to support decision‐making
* Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities
* Ensure compliance with statutory, funding and regulatory requirements
* Lead and develop the finance team
* Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting
* Partner with operational leaders to build financial capability
About You
You are a confident and collaborative finance leader who can operate both strategically and hands on. You bring strong analytical capability, commercial acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
You will have
* Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
* CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
* Proven experience in a senior finance or management role
* Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
* Experience in financial reporting, compliance and governance
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build capability
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
