What You'll Do
* Perform branch administrative tasks including accounts payable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering, receipting
* Maintain finance accounts and identify opportunities
* Assist customers with animal health advice and on‐farm services
* Assist customers with pricing and product queries
* Process counter sales and assist the broader sales team
* Maintain safety processes within the branch
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment
* Passion for Australian farming and agriculture
* Proactive approach to work and practical organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Effective verbal communication skills to build long‐term customer relationships
* Problem‐solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
* Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Current driver's licence
* Forklift licence/ticket preferred but not essential
* Availability to work Saturday mornings from 9 am – 12 pm on a rotating roster (≈ 1 Saturday every 5 weeks)
