You will drive business performance by partnering with executive and group leaders, linking financial metrics to operational outcomes, and unlocking improvement opportunities across our iconic brands.Based primarily at our Coorparoo manufacturing site, there will be a requirement to work at our Yatala manufacturing site at least once a week to actively support and drive the achievement of strategic objectives, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
This role is central to delivering insightful financial analysis, supporting forward-thinking forecasts and planning, and ensuring robust financial governance across the Architectural Group.You will also be a support to our Breezway accounting function with general accounting and end of month if and when required.About YouThis is an opportunity for a finance professional to make a real impact.
You will be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA) with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Your background will include at least 1-2 years in a finance business partnering role within manufacturing or FMCG, with a solid commercial acumen and hands-on approach.Equally important will be your ability to build relationships and partner with stakeholders at all levels, communicate financial information clearly, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ideally, you will have:Proven ability to analyse financial data, manage budgets, and develop financial strategies to deliver business KPIs.Demonstrated experience in pricing, margin analysis, and sales support.Proficiency in SAP and Power BIExperience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations.Ability to identify and action continuous improvement opportunities.About the BenefitsA generous remuneration packageAutonomy with flexible work arrangementsGenerous discounts on our extensive range of productsAbility to schedule leave every year over the Christmas period.Additional paid day's leave on your birthday, even if it falls on the weekend!
