What's involved?
We are seeking a friendly and organised individual to join our team as the Mail Receptionist. This role is key to ensuring smooth communication and coordination within our hospital, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and managing our mail system efficiently.
Your Day To Day
 * Being the friendly, welcoming presence greeting visitors and patients
 * Providing direction and helping visitors find their way around the hospital
 * Organise and coordinate mail and deliveries efficiently
 * Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
