Chandler Macleod is seeking a highly organised, detail-driven professional to support Baiada's processing plant in Tamworth. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in Live Bird Intake, Reception, Production Planning, and Sales, helping keep operations running smoothly.
$***** – $***** per hour + 25% casual loading

About the role
In this varied, fast-paced position, your key responsibilities are :
Live Bird Intake : Verify dockets, cross-check systems, manage data entry, and prepare daily / weekly reports
Reception : Welcome visitors, manage sign-in / out, answer calls, and liaise with HR and staff
Production Planning : Check kilos, support planners, and assist with reports
Sales : Contact customers daily, process orders via TBM, prepare delivery documents, run reports, and support drivers

You're detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working across departments, delivering accurate results, and providing excellent customer service.
Essential Skills
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
High-level data entry accuracy
