As a Chef de Partie, you will report directly to our Head Chef and work closely with our talented Eatery Team, delivering exceptional service and delicious food to our student residents. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards — ensuring quality food preparation, presentation, and cooking in line with our established recipes and expectations. This role operates on a 7‑day rotating roster, which means weekend work is a regular part of the role as we support our resident community every day of the week. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking an approachable and confident self-starter who is passionate about delivering consistent customer service and can be flexible to work alongside a growing business. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience: Minimum of 3 years previous kitchen experience Experience within a buffet style environment is desired but not essential General knowledge of international cuisines Enthusiasm and willingness to learn Great attention to detail Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment Willingness to follow instruction Please note: The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a National Police Check and a Working with Children check PERKS & BENEFITS At Scape, we are all about creating and sharing the good vibes.
