Federal Government client is seeking to engage an
APS5 Case Management Support Quality Officer on a contract for 12 months in Richmond.
Position Overview
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conducting quality assurance and quality control activities in relation to AAT Case Management processes and decision making.
Implementing a range of moderate to complex quality surveys.
Providing professional and technical commentary to survey findings and improving decision making, dispute resolution practice and performance.
Assisting in developing and implementing improvement strategies for delivering branch goals and strategic objectives.
Supporting the Quality team in delivering a range of Quality projects, for informing and improving AAT Case Management practice.
Key skills required for the role:
Previous experience in conducting Quality surveys in a human centred service setting.
Ability to execute an agreed plan of action for specific tasks
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to provide constructive feedback
Competence in using IT
Desirable skills to have for the role:
Understanding of, and/or previous experience with NDIA/NDIS functions
Team player
Ability to comprehend and synthesise high volumes of information
