Position: Marketing Assistant/Coordinator

Role Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator is a key position responsible for delivering on a range of marketing and administrative tasks based on business requirements across the brand portfolio.
As the Marketing Coordinator, they will have the capability to carry out a variety of tasks which will vary from day to do, be agile in their approach and bring a positive attitude.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in a similar titled role, within an FMCG/Consumer/Pharma lead business.
They should possess an ability to multitask various duties throughout the day/week, working across different brands under the portfolio and external stakeholders including but not limited to media/creative agencies as well as graphic designers.
Necessary skills/qualifications include:
* 3+ years experience in consumer-led marketing coordinator position
* Supporting day-to-day marketing operations
* Campaign planning and execution
* Brand management, event planning, coordination
* Customer relationship Management
* Ability to multitask various tasks ranging from administrative to communication
* An agile, proactive approach to day-to-day tasks, being solution focused
* High energy
* Excellent communication skills
Additional Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a driven approach to complete tasks assigned to them throughout the week bringing a good energy to the team. They will work with various teams under the portfolio so the ability to build rapport and contribute to culture is key.
This role supports the marketing director, marketing lead team and wider function.
