Job Description
The Night Manager will be responsible for:
* Managing the hotel's operations overnight, including supervising staff, coordinating tasks, and monitoring security.
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
* Maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and performing night audits.
* Liaising with other departments, including housekeeping, reservations, and maintenance, to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Diploma level qualification relevant to the role or at least two years of relevant full-time skilled work experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Proficiency in using computer systems, including hotel software and accounting packages.
