Experts Oz is a specialist Electrical company servicing Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast. We focus on quality installations, accurate quoting, and systems that allow jobs to run smoothly from sale through to installation.
We are growing and are seeking an experienced Electrician with electrical experience in most electrical work from domestic new builds to commercial including school and government projects looking to work there way up into an electrical sales and estimation role as the company grows. The candidate would need to be the QTP for the companies electrical license.

Growing into the Estimator/Sales Role
Growing into the Estimator/Sales Role at Experts Oz, you will be responsible for managing the full estimating process for Electrical work, also in contacting and reaching out for potential clients.
This role covers:
* Preparing accurate Electrical quotes using Servicem8 and other CRM programs
* Managing the sales process and converting enquiries
* Targeting Schools, Factories, Builders & Real estates making appointments with them to discuss them being potential clients
* Scheduling installation works
* At times being on the tools for any overflow which will be rarely until more electricians are hired for the increased work
* Ordering materials and parts to ensure install readiness
* Needs to do the Qtp course which The Experts Oz would cover the cost
You will work closely with installation teams to ensure jobs are sold correctly, scheduled efficiently, and delivered without disruption.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate quotes for Electrical
* Conduct site assessments (on-site or via plans/photos)
* Recommend suitable solutions
* Follow up quotes and convert them into booked installations
* Schedule installations in line with capacity
* Order all required materials, parts, and equipment
* Coordinate with installers and electricians
* Maintain clear job documentation and handovers
Skills & Experience Required
* Electrical License is a must
* Great for someone who has run their own business before
* Strong understanding of electrical estimating
* Ability to read plans and assess installation requirements
* Confident customer communication and sales skills
* Strong organisation, accuracy, and follow-through
* Have experience and knowledge with electrical products
