About the position:
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and coordinate daily operations, facilities maintenance, and service requests in our corporate office setting.
Key responsibilities:
* Act as primary point of contact for all employee inquiries, issues, and feedback
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences with rapid resolution of requests and concerns
* Engage actively with employees and stakeholders to identify evolving workplace needs and opportunities for growth
* Triage and coordinate all work requests to appropriate parties ensuring seamless execution
* Utilize workplace technology platforms to manage service requests and provide status updates
* Collaborate with facility management, vendors, and service partners to ensure smooth daily operations
* Support office space optimization including desk allocation, meeting room management, and space reconfiguration to maximize productivity
* Ensure office, kitchenette, and pantry equipment functionality and perform routine maintenance tasks
* Manage contractor induction and site access procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
* Coordinate visitor management, access, and security processes to maintain a secure environment
* Handle reporting, invoice processing, documentation, and periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Support emergency response requirements and function as warden in times of need
* Perform ad hoc assignments and administrative support as required by management
Requirements:
* Experience in facilities management, workplace services, hospitality, or a client-facing environment within a corporate office setting
* Demonstrated passion for delivering superior customer service and experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with various stakeholders
* Professional demeanor, adaptability, and proactive approach to problem-solving
* Familiarity with workplace technologies such as helpdesk ticketing systems, visitor management platforms, and Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of health, safety, and security protocols in a corporate environment is advantageous
