Senior Sales Executive – Commercial Building Sector (NSW)
Location: Sydney
The Opportunity
Our client is a long-established, Australian-owned windows and doors manufacturer with over 50 years in the NSW market. Servicing Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders across medium-density and light commercial projects, the business generates consistent commercial tender flow.
They are seeking a commercially credible senior sales professional who understands margin, program risk and stakeholder dynamics — not a transactional rep.
This is a genuine NSW territory ownership role offering influence, autonomy and long-term stability.
The Role
You will take responsibility for a defined NSW territory within the commercial division.
Your focus will include:
* Converting active tenders into secured contracts
* Building multi-level relationships within builder organisations
* Engaging estimators, contract administrators, project managers and directors
* Negotiating outcomes while protecting margin integrity
* Managing forecasting and structured pipeline reporting
* Working closely with estimating and operations to ensure delivery alignment
This role is about embedding the business within builder networks to generate repeat, predictable work — not chasing quotes.

About You
You are a seasoned commercial sales professional who understands the construction cycle and complex stakeholder environments.
You will bring:
* Strong B2B field sales experience within construction or building products
* Exposure to windows & doors, aluminium systems, façade, cladding, roofing, structural or comparable sectors
* Proven success converting tenders while maintaining margin discipline
* Solid understanding of sequencing, program risk and negotiation
* Structured, accountable territory management
You are commercially mature, confident in builder environments and comfortable operating independently.
