About our client
Our client is involved heavily in the construction industry, working on projects within the residential, commercial, industrial and education industries. They currently have a project in Mutdapilly (QLD) and are looking to bolster their crews with labourers. The positions are all ongoing, offering daily overtime as well as the potential to transition into a Permanent/Full time role.
What you will be doing
As a telehandler, you will be required to commence each day at 6:30am, working Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday. You will be involved in the construction of a new medical facility, with a focus on the assembly of steel sheds.
Core duties include;
Operating the telehandler to move materials into place
Assisting with putting together structural steel and doing the ground work
Using hand and power tools
Working alongside other workers and tradespeople
**Requirements**:
Telehandler ticket or equivalent
Construction White Card
Previous experience in construction (min 6 months)
Physically fit as work will be labour intensive
Driver's Licence + reliable transport
