We seek an experienced sales professional to join our Leongatha Sales Team as a Territory Manager – Compact Construction Equipment. As a key member of the team, you will represent the company for the sale of equipment to customers within a geographic area. You will maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment, implement and maintain regular call cycles, and monitor competitive activity/products.

You will also be responsible for maintaining all customer information in the assigned territory for sales management, understanding and adhering to a clearly defined sales process, achieving sales objectives set by Brandt as part of the sales planning process, and maintaining assigned company vehicles and equipment.

Achieve success in this role requires sales industry experience and comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment, strong customer service skills, highly motivated and self-directed individuals with excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
