Description What’s the role? You’ll be joining a team of 7000 who come to work every day with a clear goal – to provide the best possible service for our customers. Anytime, anywhere. As a Team Assistant for our Home Lending Services, you’ll be counted on to provide administrative and analytical support for our NSW Regional/ACT State Lending Team. You’ll work closely with the State Lead – getting first-hand exposure to the way we lead the charge towards the best possible customer experience. Some travel will be required as part of this role, supporting regional teams/ACT and attending key meetings or events. What do I need? Plenty of drive to deliver a standout customer experience, for a start. And you’ll have a range of practical skills to go with that passion – including a keen eye for detail, top-notch communication skills, creative problem solving and the confidence to juggle multiple jobs at the same time. You’ll know your way around Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT, and ideally have experience with pipeline management systems too. Why join us?
