Boilermaker – Stainless Steel Fuel Tankers
Location: Campbellfield, Melbourne, VIC.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Day Shift
Hourly Rate: $58.50 (Normal Time) + Superannuation
Extra benefits: Overtime opportunities + $27 daily Travel Allowance
About the Role: TRS Resourcing is looking for experienced Boilermakers specialising in stainless steel fabrication to join our client’s day-shift team. In this role, you’ll help build high-quality fuel tankers and stainless steel tank trailer equipment, using your skills in reading drawings, welding, and mechanical fit-up to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and set out from workshop and engineering drawings
- Plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Perform TIG and arc welding on stainless steel
- Possess strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Qualifications & Requirements
- Trade qualification in Boilermaking / Welding
- Proficiency in stainless steel welding techniques
- Confined Space ticket (preferred)
- References from at least two recent employers
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current residence in Melbourne or reasonably local
