The Tweed Heads team are seeking a full-time Branch Sales Associate to help us expand our network and provide high quality products to this community.

The Role

Part of our onsite Internal Sales team, this position is the friendly face who connects with our customers on a daily basis. A critical part of operations this role reports to the Branch Manager. While this team work together on their primary role we all support each other across the business whenever we can.

Responsibilities

* Building long lasting relationships with our customers through honesty and helpful service.

* Conducting phone and counter sales.

* Answering customer questions and offering product advice (don’t worry, we’ll train you).

* Processing orders, invoices and quotes.

* Supporting with stock management and picking orders.

* Assisting with general admin tasks to support smooth operations.

* Knowledge of trade industries or air conditioning systems would speed up your learning curve.
